Robert Thurl Ledford, age 74, of Nada Tunnel Road, Stanton, KY died in a fire at his residence on August 26, 2013. Born in Powell County, KY he was the son of the late Grace Ledford and he was a former sawmill worker. He is survived by his close friends and caregivers, Bonnie and Richard Smith of Stanton, KY; two daughters: Gwen Roberts of Stanton, KY and Elizabeth Strange of Mt. Sterling, KY; one son, Anthony Banks of Cynthiana, KY; one brother, Relis Flemming of Tennessee; special friend, Charlie Koontz of Stanton, KY; seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Visitation with memorial services will be held from 5:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. on Thursday, August 29, 2013 at Nada Baptist Mission, Nada Tunnel Road, Stanton, KY.
